Average lead-time for prototype tools is 2-4 weeks, production compression or transfer tooling lead-time is 6-8 weeks and production rubber injection molding tooling is 8-10 weeks. Qualiform also understands that there are instances that will require improved tooling lead-time. Thus, we will work with our tooling shop to meet unique customer requirements.

Where is my tooling manufactured?
Qualiform purchases 100% of it’s tooling in the United States, allowing for faster lead-times and responses to customer design changes.

What is Qualiform’s component lead-time?
Depending on order volume, most parts can be shipped within 3-4 weeks.

Can Qualiform use existing tooling?
Most tooling will fit into Qualiform’s presses. However, a minor tooling modification may occasionally be required.

Once I pay for the rubber molding tooling, who owns it?
